Counseling Services
Not every project requires an appraisal
report. In some cases, clients require counseling on an investment opportunity or a
disposition decision. We apply our extensive knowledge and resources to arrive at real
estate solutions of economic value to our clients' objectives. This is accomplished by
understanding the real estate situation by gathering facts, thoroughly analyzing collected
data, and then recommending solutions that meet the client's goals and objectives. While
no counseling project is typical, we have counseled clients on a variety of issues that
include:
- Tax liability reduction
- Development opportunities and options based on specific return on investment criteria
- Counseling lenders on collateral positions and loan structuring
- Assist buyers and sellers in negotiating prices and terms in real estate transactions
- Counsel attorneys in case risk analysis for trial
- Ongoing review, management, and developing strategy for multiple parcel tax assessments
