Counseling Services

Not every project requires an appraisal report. In many cases, clients require counseling on an investment opportunity or a real estate related decision. The firm applies its extensive knowledge and resources to arrive at real estate solutions. This is accomplished by understanding the real estate situation by gathering facts, thoroughly analyzing collected data, and then recommending solutions that meet the client's goals and objectives. While no counseling project is typical, the firm has counseled clients on a variety of issues that include:
