B.C. Underwood LLC is a regional counseling and appraisal firm  performing assignments throughout the eastern United States. The firm specializes in appraising complex property types and providing real estate counseling services to developers, attorneys and lending institutions.

With over 15 years experience, we provide counseling and appraisal services primarily to law firms, private clients, and lending institutions. These services include real estate and business counseling and valuation. A majority of the assignments are litigation related.

Brian Underwood has been awarded the CRE designation from the Counselors of Real Estate. One of 1,100 members worldwide and only one of five CREs in New Hampshire, the CREs are the most trusted advisors in real estate. In addition, Mr. Underwood is also a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. The FRICS designation is awarded to less than 1% of the 120,000 RICS worldwide. The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors is the most respected and highest profile global organization for professionals involved in land, property and construction.
